it seems Samsung cant wait any longer to launch their new phone,this according to report is because of the massive response to Apple's bigger iPhone 6 models  which has now inspired Samsung to push up the launch of the new Galaxy Note 4 phablet, 
according to a news report.A Samsung employee said the "positive reaction from consumers to those two Apple devices prompted them to launch the Note 4 earlier than previously scheduled," according to The Korea Times
