are you tired and Want To Stop Snoring? Here's What Works

SNORING REMEDIES
Long considered little more than a nuisance, snoring is no longer something to ignore -- to the delight of frustrated bed partners everywhere. To sleep physicians, snoring is a sign that something's up.
"When you are snoring, you're spending too much energy to breathe," says Dr. M. Safwan Badr, M.D., president of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine. according to him- "Snoring is like fever for a general internist -- it tells you somethig is going on, but it doesn't tell you what."
Snoring occurs when a person's airways have narrowed, causing the air that passes through it as we breathe to vibrate the soft tissue of the throat. "In principle, snoring is not normal," he says. As a physician, he says he would want to know why that person is snoring in order to provide the best treatment, rather than have a snorer attempt to take her medical care into her own hands. "I would make sure that the body isn't telling us to look for sleep-disordered breathing or sleep apnea," he says.
During sleep apnea, snorers actually stop breathing, sometimes hundreds of times a night. It's important to receive an accurate diagnosis because of sleep apnea's many implications in other health conditions. Sleep apnea raises risk of heart attack, depression and diabetes. But even if snoring is due to a case of seasonal allergies or nasal congestion, there are treatments that can improve those conditions that only a physician would think to suggest, he says you should try the following:

 skip Nasal Strips

Try Losing Weight if you are fat!

Sleep by lying On Your Side

Sleep With A Humidifier- Consider it. If your snoring is due to nasal congestion or allergies, and your nasal congestion or allergies are worse in dry air, sleeping with a humidifier might help, says Badr, and it certainly won't hurt.
Say No To A Nightcap

 stop using Fancy Pillows

use Nasal Valves because, The FDA has approved nasal valves for the treatment of sleep apnea, says Badr, and they may be available over the counter for snoring as well.
 Get Oral Devices

...the Bottom line is; Don't ignore your snoring, especially if you have other health conditions or feel tired during the day, Badr says. "People tend to explain away their symptoms, and they could be missing something."....

There's a lot of learning in life that simply requires time -- time to experiment, to try new and different things and to gradually learn about yourself and your values. There is, after all, a reason why they say that wisdom tends to come with experience

But what if you could go back in time and give your younger self some tips to help speed up the process. What would you say?
based on my source explanation he said he  asked several of the speakers at The Huffington Post's Thrive conference  Here's what these 11 extremely accomplished men and womensaid
the first person said "For me, that was just before I went off to become a monk, and everything just seemed vitally important. I was carrying the weight of the world on my shoulders. I would just say, "It's okay. It's okay."
--Andy Puddicombe, Headspace Co-Founder

Stop worrying about your thighs! I was obsessed with how I looked to the point where I was never getting outside of myself.
Finally -- and I don't know if it was having kids, or seeing a friend of mine battle breast cancer and ovarian cancer, and finally losing that battle -- I said, "I am so lucky to have this body." The way to be your best is to be giving, and the way to be giving is to stop thinking about what you look like.
--Lucy Danziger, Former Editor-in-Chief, SELF Magazine; Well-being Lifestyle Expert

Can it be the advice I'd give my 20-year-old daughter? I’ll tell you what I told her, which is, you need to learn to cook your own food. Don’t leave that job to people you don’t know.
--Laurie David, Author and Producer

Don't go into debt! Don't get any credit cards, and always use cash. I just flashed back to my 20-year-old self running up $25,000 in credit card debt and not knowing I had to pay it back.
--Maysoon Zayid, Actress, Professional Standup Comedian and Writer

When I was 20, I needed to understand that tomorrow is another day -- and sometimes things will not happen as fast as you would like. You need to be patient. I was the president of a multinational corporation when I was 40, but I wanted to be there at 25! But you need experience, of course.
--Federica Marchionni, President, Dolce & Gabbana Inc.

I think that I actually gave myself this advice when I was 20, which was: Really trust in the universe to take care of what you need. Rather than stressing or worrying about the future, just trust in the unfolding of the moment.
--Dr. Mark Hyman, M.D., Authority in Functional Medicine; Founder, The UltraWellness Center

My 20-year-old self was pretty bummed out, because I wanted to sing on Broadway and it was pretty clear to me at that point that it just wasn't going to happen. I didn't have the connections or the ability or desire to go to New York and wait on audition lines.
But what I'd go back and tell myself is that there a lot of paths to a dream, because just two months ago, I appeared in "Rock of Ages" on Broadway. I came to it from a very roundabout path of technology, and building my brand through social media, and then getting the opportunity to do that.
--Randi Zuckerberg, Founder and CEO, Zuckerberg Media; Editor-in-Chief, Dot Complicated

It’s all going to work out great. Just relax and trust and when you’re going through the challenging times, know that there is a light at the end of the tunnel.
--Agapi Stassinopoulos, Best-selling Author and Speaker
Keep your head down. It's when you get distracted (and I got distracted), or you try and do things the easy way that things don't work. Keep your head down, do the work and it'll all pay off.
--Dr. David Agus, M.D., Professor, USC Keck School of Medicine and Viterbi School of Engineering; CBS News Contributor

Give up on Hollywood notions of love at first sight, because then you’ll be surprised when you find it. And, it’s worthwhile to confront your fears sooner rather than later, because you’re going to end up confronting them anyway.
-- Adam Grant, Author and Professor, Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania

It’s going to be okay. I love you, and it’s going to be okay.
--Panache Desai, Spiritual Teacher

11 life lessons my father taught the family before his death...Bob Hoskins' daughter.

Revealed in the website, Rosa Hoskins The daughter of Bob Hoskins has made available to us the- 11 life lessons that her father taught his family before he died. according to her, she's vowed that "I will keep them close to my heart and remind myself of them whenever I stumble or falter".
trying to make us really understand how useful her father's words were she said-"the words spoke so often to encourage, comfort and reassure me". this isn't general wisdom, rather advice that he tailor made just for me. I love you Dad." Rosa added!.
   from Rosa's website, These are the lessons;

1) Laugh. There’s humour to be found everywhere, even your darkest days there’s something to have a joke about.
2) Be yourself. If someone doesn't like you they’re either stupid, blind, or they’ve got bad taste. Accept who you are, you've got no one else to be.
3) Be flamboyant, it’s who you are and always have been. Be eccentric and unique. Don’t try to adapt yourself to someone else’s view of normal.
4) Don’t worry about other people’s opinions. Everyone’s a critic, but ultimately what they say only matters if you let it.
5) Get angry, it’s ok to lose your temper now and then. If anger stays in, it turns to poison and makes you bitter and sad. Get angry, say your piece, then let it go.
6) What ever you do, always give it a good go. Don’t be afraid of failure and disappointment.
7) Be generous and kind because you can’t take it with you. When you’ve got something to give, give it without hesitation.
8) Appreciate beauty, take pictures and make memories. Capture it, you never know when it’ll be gone.
9) Don’t take yourself too seriously. People who take themselves too seriously are boring.
10) Never, ever, ever, ever give up. Keep on punching no matter what your up against.
11) Love with all your heart. In the end, love is the only thing that matters.
.....i think its ok to pass this across ...because they are propelling words that can  help-lead us through in our life journey to stardom if heeded!......

The man, who was in his 40s, had breached a noise abatement order six times before "a warrant was obtained from magistrates and officers then seized thousands of pounds worth of equipment" including "anything that could cause more noise like his 3D TV, a laptop, various speakers, a sound docking station with iPod 32 DVDs, CDs and a PlayStation 3," Based on published online  statement by Medway Council, which is in Kent, a county of Southeast England. He can apply for the equipment's return after a month.
