5 Best Beauty Benefits of Tea

From calming tired eyes to adding bounce to your hair, tea can help you look your best If you have always loved sipping on that cup of chai, here's more reason to love tea, which is rich in antioxidants - it can help you get gorgeous. Here are some of the ways tea benefits you...

1. Is a great moisturizer: Dry skin? Just spray cold, green tea on the face. This is a great refresher and removes impurities. It also gives a nice glow to the skin.

2. Busts under eye puffiness: Don't throw out the used teabag. A quick and easy home remedy is to put the used bag in the fridge to cool it and then place it under the eyes. Tea has caffeine, which aids in shrinking blood vessels under the eyes and thus reduces puffiness and dark circles.

3. Gives a sheen and bounce to hair: Want a great mane? Rinse out your hair using black tea or green tea. While black tea can reduce breakage, green tea is said to stimulate hair growth. Just pour the cooled tea on hair and leave it on for ten minutes. Shampoo and condition your hair after that.

4. Eliminates foot odour: Suffering from smelly feet? Don't just use a deo on them; instead soak your feet in a solution that made of boiled black tea. Tea is anti-bacterial and stops the 'foot sweat' thus reducing the smell. It also closes the pores of the feet.

5. Soothes the skin post shaving: Do your legs turn red and itchy after a shave? Press a cool, black tea bag on the affected area, it calms the skin.

Banky -W turns good advocate on Tiwa Savage’s Decision To Get Married In Dubai

Sometimes we humans used to forget that 'there is nothing that concerns agbero with over load...as  Yoruba adage rightly declares, since he's not the one carrying the load, nothing should concern him really....is that not so?...but some how many are still wasting their energy fighting already lose battle..that is some how the case between some people and Nigerian music star and ambassador Tiwa Savage few moments ago.
According to what we heard, it was noised that some folks were against the decision of  Tiwa getting married outside Nigerian soil with such annoying statements as......'Why Dubai all the time!'....... 'Use the powerful platform you have to promote your home country instead of the hypocrisy of always running to other Countries!!...... If you all invest the money into small businesses in Nigeria or Africa at large, we too will have others running to us # proudly African !!!..they said.
Clearly irritated by the fan’s comment Banky responded,
I don’t know why some people like to take panadol for someone else’s headache, this was a direct hit back at those who were not happy with Tiwa's decision to get marry in Dubai...telling those involde in this to mind their business as Tiwa has the right to chose wherever she want ass her wedding venue!..

That's Banky's case in point  of a fan who pressed hard on Tiwa Savage (who is gettimg married to Tee Billz on April 26th in Dubai) and other entertainers for choosing to have destination weddings outside Nigeria...the bottom line according to Banky  'every one should mind his or her business'.such comments irritate me. We use the platforms we have to promote Nigeria all the time. We invest our money in Nigeria, You don’t know the number of kids we put through school with scholarships, the number of health care bills we pay for people…you don’t know the number of Nigerian companies we bank roll and float or the number of ideas we invest. It’s hard enough finding happiness in this world…
Two people should be able to celebrate it any way they fell like it!!! PLUS They already did their traditional wedding in Nigeria, they should be free to do whatever or go wherever they want for the white wedding. It;s THEIR wedding. Not a country’s…not a state’s…not mine…and certainly not yours. Leave them . People all over the world get married, go on vacations or honeymoons, wherever they feel like it all over the world. Our ppl (people) should be allowed to do the same without being branded hypocrites. You and the high horse you rode in on should have several seats.
My goodness…
....'period'....case closed!

Keshi Submits Eagle's list for World Cup.

Briefing newsmen yesterday at the Glass House after a marathon meeting between the technical committee of the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) and the Super Eagles head coach, Stephen Keshi, a member of the technical committee, Mr Paul Bassey said the committee decided to postpone the release of the list till next week to allow more consultation.
Speaking earlier, Keshi  disclosed that he had forwarded a 37-man list from which he will submit his provisional 30-man squad to FIFA May 10. and  “I have about 37 players on my list from which I will take 30 players on the 10th of May. This is what FIFA needs and I can’t do more than that,” Keshi stated.
According to Eagle's chief, “If we release this list in a hurry, it will look as if we are heating up the polity. But, be assured that when it is ready, we will give it to the media.
In addition,Bassey contended that the list, being circulated in certain sections of the media in the last one week, did not emanate from the NFF or Keshi. He said the list could only be authentic when it came from the Technical Committee of the federation or the Super Eagles’ Head Coach.
The Technical Committee of the Nigeria Football Federation on Tuesday postponed by one week the release of the much awaited Super Eagles list due to the fact that“Most European leagues will end in about three weeks from now and Keshi is still studying some players, the number to invite and who to invite. For instance, we have read that Austin Ejide has an injury. So, Keshi has to consult to know how serious it is.” before the the release..follow this link for more on that...
