Camping of the contestants resumes 13th of May, 2014, and the grand finale will be 24th of May, 2014 at Monti Suits and hotels, Calabar.

1) FREDERICK LEONARD
He started acting since 2001 but left to complete his university program and returned in 2006. His role in"Indian Doctor " relaunched him back to limelight. Fredrick has featured in a lot of Nollywood movies including Ghanaian movies.

2) KEN ERICS
ken Erics is an actor and into music as well. A theatre arts graduate of Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka. The Anambra state born actor who started acting 9 years ago has really risen to the point of grabbing lead and sub lead roles every now and then.
He put up a scalar cast performance in the movie "The Illiterate ".

3) JERRY WILLIAMS
Jerry is a fresh face whose good looks attracts him roles of prince and lover boy roles. Although he hadn't been much of a regular face because it had been a little difficult coping with his studies in NAU and doing movies but he's been working them out and finally he's done with school and now has the whole time to himself and of course Nollywood.
He stared in these movies: The Anacondas,7books of moses,Tears of the innocent, Palace of blood, World of angels and many more.
Jerry now plays lead and sub lead roles and is constant now in movies.

4) MICHAEL GODSON
The light skinned Michael is an up coming and fastest rising actor who has featured in movies like The Models,Mystery of Destiny, Heart of a Fighter, Mission To the Grave, and so many others. People say he looks like Mike Ezuruonye.

5) OKEY UZOESHI
In 2006, he entered for the Amstel Malta Box Office (AMBO2) show where he made it to top ten, out of over fifty thousand applicants nationwide. Here, he honed his innate acting skills under one of Nigeria's finest thespians, Sam Dede and even though he didn't win, accolades kept pouring in for his acting skills till today. Since then he has starred in several 'creme of the crop' Nollywood productions including, Fatal Imagination, and Sweet Tomorrow,The Rivals(winner, Best International Drama at theNew YorkFilm Festival) Cash Money, and Two Brides And A Baby, amongst others.The 31 year old actor had been nominated at the Best of Nollywood(BON), Golden Icons Academy Movie Awards (GIAMA) and the African Movie Academy Awards(AMAA).

6) JUNIOR POPE ODONWODO
On 9thFebruary, 2013, Nollywood Actor Junior Pope Odonwodo was honored with the most Rising Nollywood Actor of the year award by the Benue State government.
On Sunday, 15th December, was honoured with ‘Best supporting Actor Of The Year’ award at PAMSAA 2013, held at the Sheraton Hotels and Towers Abuja.
Pope started his acting by playing roles such as body guards in Epic films due to his physique, but now he has diversified.

7) ZUBBY MICHAEL
He always acts alongside Junior Pope as if they were Aki and Pawpaw.Zubby is a fast and promising actor who has featured in so many Nollywood films.

cool I.K OGBONNA
Ik Ogbonna is one of the fastest rising Nollywood actors at the moment and is sought after by producers. With just less than three years of acting professionally, IK who also doubles as a model for many brands in Nigeria and abroad, is versatile and obviously knows his onions. He first got public attention after participating in the 2005 Amstel Malta Box Office but delved into modelling after that, has featured some high budget Nollywood movies between 2012 and 2013, most prominently “Playing Safe,” “A Wish,” and “Love Lorn.”

9) ALEXX EKUBO
Alex emerged the First Runner Up in the second edition of Mr Nigeria Contest in 2010. He is a model turned actor and a law graduate. His first movie was "Sinners in the House." The 28 year old actor has featured in a number of films, including Ladies man, In the Cupboard, True Citizens, Weekend Gateway. He is really coming up.

10) BRYAN OKWARA
He was the winner of the maiden edition of the Mr Nigeria contest in 2007. Bryan is a model turned actor and has featured in I’ll Take My Chances, Heart to Heart, True Citizens, Weekend Gateaway, and Awakening.

11) UTI NWACHUKWU
Uti came into limelight when he won the 2010 Big Brother Africa. He has featured in films such as True Citizens, In the Cupboard, Bursting out, Weekend Gateaway.

12) PRINCE EKEH
Married to Muma Gee, the singer. He has featured in movies like Princess Rihana, The Code, Emeka Too Much Money, and Mirror of Life, where he acted Unclad.

Now, they are not only running the show, they are also smiling to the banks in a big way. They now own the most fashionable cars, most luxurious houses and even get to have the ‘girls’ long ahead of many in the queue.

Just as their fortunes have changed, their lives too have taken a dive right up to the top because they are getting paid! Here is just a peek at what the top crooners earn per show, which the running time is never more than 2-3 hours a day!

P Square: N8- 15M

The singer still stands as one of the highest paid male singers in Nigeria with an amount which runs between N5-6M

WIZKID: N4-5M

Wizkid is another young talent making wave in Nigeria and the world. Wiz Kid is believed to have signed an undisclosed multi-million dollar deal with Akon’s Convict music label and the deal has set the young artiste as the 4th richest artiste in Nigeria at the moment. He is said to earn between N4- 5M

Davido: N3- N3.5M

Call him a super talented younger singer, you will not be mistaken as the dude seems to know what it takes to produce hit tracks. Since his venture into the Nigerian music mainstream, the talented singer has been known for producing hit tracks. The Omo baba Olowo as he is fondly called, whose latest track, AYE, seems to be every clubs favorite goes for N3.5M per show. So in case you have plans of landing this singer to any show, you must be ready to offer this amount.

He is one of the talented singers in the industry whose wonderful combination of native language, Igbo and English in most of his songs has fetched him more fans. The Ikwokirkwo crooner whose news of dating Dillish of BBA The chase winner, was recently unveiled as Harp brand ambassador. The deal which came barely few months when she was unveiled as Knorr brand ambassador along side, Nollywood diva, Kate Henshaw, collects N3M per show.

Iyanya—N3M

Since his emergence as the MTN sponsored project fame, this Akwa-Ibom born singer has been a force to reckon with in the entertainment industry generally and in Nigeria precisely. He shot himself to mailight fully when he dropped his first hit single, kukere which a very unique dance steps. Call him a singer cum dancer, you are not far from the truth as he knows the dance steps that befits any track he brings out. This dude takes, N3M per show.

Tiwa Savage—N2.5M

Back then at USA when she was doing back up singer for Mary J blige, she might have no idea of what the future holds for her, maybe she was doing that then there for the lve she has for music not knowing that she would soon be counted as one of the top paid Nigerian female celebrities. The Eminado crooner, who is enjoying her honeymoon with her manager turned husband, collects N2.5M per show and she is rated as one of the sexiest female celebrities in Nigeria.

scores, a lack of water leaves your brain parched — bad news for cognitive performance. 

A glance at the studies reveals the many ways dehydration hampers our mental lives: 

• Mental calculation abilities go down.
• Mood swings go up.
• Irritability increases.
• Fatigue increases.
• Short-term and long-term memory are impaired.

It's all because our brain cells need water to function. 

"Brain cells require a delicate balance between water and various elements to operate," says University of Texas neuroscientist Joshua Gowin. "When you lose too much water, that balance is disrupted. Your brain cells lose efficiency." 

Beyond getting enough sleep and eating healthy food throughout the day, staying hydrated is one of the best ways to stave off performance-eroding fatigue. 

There are lots of ways to become dehydrated. Marinating in the summer heat and sweating through a morning workout are obvious places where we lose water, but nutritionists say that dehydration isn't just a matter of athletics. You'll lose water throughout the day just being in the office, and Gowin notes that the longest we go without fluid intake is the six to eight hours we're sleeping — meaning we're dried out by the time we wake up. 

What's important is to not wait until you're thirsty, since the feeling of thirst doesn't show up until you've lost 1% to 2% of the water volume in your body. 

"By then dehydration is already setting in and starting to impact how our mind and body perform,” says Lawrence E. Armstrong, professor at the University of Connecticut's Human Performance Laboratory. "Dehydration affects all people, and staying properly hydrated is just as important for those who work all day at a computer as it is for marathon runners, who can lose up to 8% of their body weight as water when they compete."  

Naturally, the opposite of dehydration is hydration. It's hard to say what the "right" amount of water to drink every day is, since it's dependent on factors like your age, climate, and level of physical activity. But the consensus is around 1 to 2 liters a day, or about 6 to 8 glasses.
