9 super stars who lost their dignity to poverty

Of a truth wealth is good, and moreso if gotten gradually. Slow money is indeed better than no money and fast money dont last too long, you've gotta face it. Money is just like spirit; today it is and tomorrow, it is gone as if it was never there before thus given philosophers, a valid proof that life is an illusion.
The way to stardom, is tough. it is so sad that so many stars forget there humble beginnings so fast, even as the money keeps rolling fast into their pockets, they start spending on the latest cars, having sex with prostitutes and strippers, building mansion, instead of investing and at the end, they start regreting like these stars

Rapper Ludacris
1) Ludacris was in a custody battle with the mother of his child and revealed in court filings that he earned only $55,000 over the previous year. That’s hardly the paycheck of a baller. Yes, that was $55,000 and yes, that was 2013.

Singer Bow Wow

2) Lil Bow Wow was in court after his Bentley was repossessed. He revealed that he had only $1,500 in his bank account. He now has a job on BET’s 106 & Park, but this is probably not enough money to get him out of debt. According to Celebrity Net Worth, Bow Wow owes $90,000 to the IRS and another $280,000 to a luxury car leasing company. So, while his debt of financial distress remains unclear, it’s very clear that he’s living on the edge financially.

Xzibit

3) Xzibit – former host of the MTV show, “Pimp My Ride,” filed bankruptcy after owing over $1 million dollars to the IRS. He hasn’t had a hit record since Bobby and Whitney were in love with each other. He has filed bankruptcy twice since 2009.

Method Man

4) Method Man was arrested for failing to pay taxes back in 2011. He resolved the matter, but remains in debt. He also keeps trying to make a comeback, but it’s just not working out.

Fat Joe

5) Fat Joe – went to prison after pleading guilty to tax evasion after owing over a million dollars to the IRS.

Rapper Lil Flip

6) Lil Flip went to court and told the judge that he can’t pay more than $500 per month in child support. According to most estimates, this means that he isn’t earning more than about $3,000 per month. He’d be better off collecting trash for a living.

Ja Rule

7) Ja Rule went to prison for two years for tax evasion after owing millions to the IRS. He gets out soon, and will spend the rest of his life paying off the debt.

Beanie Sigel

8) Beanie Sigel – He used to rap next to Jay-Z, but he too went to prison for tax evasion.

Young Buck

9) Young Buck from G-Unit went bankrupt and lost his home, forcing him to sell his jewelry and everything else. If you listen to any of Buck’s songs, you’ll hear that he usually rapped about how much money he had and even made fun of other rappers who’ve gone broke.

if you one of those regular browser for  fresh news  and information, then you shouldn't be new to the following;Over the years,we have seen a lot of international acts become part of the curriculum at different American universities.
Kanye West, Beyonce, Miley Cyrus and Jay Z have become some of those some universities have decided to study.
Nigerian artist Brymo has joined these artists to be part of the curriculum at the Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
Some undergraduate communication studies students have reportedly chosen to study Brymo as part of their project.
These students are working on a project ‘Speech Communication 101’ and they are using Brymo as a case study, after they had presented a paper on his hit track ‘Down’.
Brymo has been requested that he visit the University in August 2014 for the final assessment at the end of the project/programme to learn about him the more.
Brymo who had fought dirty in the court with his former label, Chocolate City weeks back before the case was thrown out of the court, can now have something to look forward to.
...isnt that remarkeable, for your naija star to be used as a case study in the United states?....common give naija stars a hi-FIVE!!!!

imagine what's happening in your neighborhood!

According to the news reaching us from Karjat, Maharashtra, we're informed that,Two people have been arrested after an NGO alleged that few children, aged between 5 and 15, were being sexually abused at a shelter home in Maharashtra's Karjat, close to Pune.

in the report,The children, activists alleged, were made to watch pornography and perform sexual acts on each other. In more horrific details that's totally inhumane was that, they also told the police that the children were forced to eat human faeces when they were hungry!!!..just imagine that...to make life miserable for those involved in this evil act, All of this was also allegedly filmed by an accused himself.
The accused, Ajit Dabholkar, the founder of Chandraprabha Charitable Trust and his assistant, Lalita Tonde were picked up during a raid by the local police after FIRs were filed by the Pune and Raigad branches of NGO Childline.

The NGO conducted an investigation for almost a month, after the mother of one of the children, a domestic worker, narrated the incident to her employers. Her employers then approached the NGO.

As of now, around six children have given in writing that they were abused.

The accused were presented before a special court in Alibaug, after being arrested on Monday night under various sections of POSCO (Protection of Children From Sexual Offenses Act). They have been remanded to police custody till June 5.

The private shelter home, run by a Trust, housed around 30 children, both boys and girls, most of whom belong to poor families. However, only three children were found at the shelter during the raid, as the rest had gone home for summer vacation.
..what a strange world!....

[inspirational] Davido's journey to stardom, how it all began!....must read!

For the sake of some of us who didn't know,Davido comes from a family that put value on education above any other thing, little wonder he refused to tell his billionaire father he was going into music.
it so happened that,When his mum died, his siblings  all moved to America  leaving only him behind as such he began to make a lot of friends so as to forget boredom caused by his mother's death and the absence of his family members.
one other reason why he jumped into music is  because a lot of things were happening around him and he simply wanted to forget them, get relieved of course you all know that "music is the food the the human soul"..thus, from producing music he started recording and then singing his own songs.
When his father found out, he just e-mailed him to quit music, that he shouldn't even try it ,rather,he should pursue his degree.
Davido politely told him that he wants to do music and he was apprehensive because most people he knew doing music were not successful.
However, Davido suddenly became that guy who is known around the world [due to determination] with his type of music and his fathers relaxed and allowed him do his thing.
Over the years,he's made so much impact to the point he visited orphanage and touches lives if not on a daily bases with his style of music.
..more grace to your elbow...BIG 'D'....

[must read] this is uncalled for...really a slap on the Nigerian military as a whole!

By the look of thing, It seems it's become too obvious that Things are getting out of hand  and Nigerians are not taking it serious as Boko Haram insurgents continued their rampage  killing  over 49 security operatives and civilians in two communities in Yobe and Borno states on Monday night .may be,those in other states have not pictured it, that, the-same thing is spreading its tentacles to their states already,if that's the believe then, they better wake up before its too late!  why am i saying this?.....because,The whole thing sounds very absurd!! to hear that ,the so called boko haram overpowered the security operatives on duty and also burnt the military base and police station in the towns?....it sounds some how for things like this to come out in the news!

As at the time of this report, one Mallam Modibbo Kawu,A resident,  said the terrorists told them not to be scared as they were out to attack only military and other security operatives.
“They told us not to be afraid because they were in Buni Yadi on a reprisal against the military for attacking them in Alagarno last week. I can confirm to you that several police, soldiers and mobile policemen were killed. Their corpses were taken to the Damaturu Specialist Hospital.”
In the attack on Buni Yadi, Gujba LGA of Yobe State, they left 20 soldiers and 20 policemen dead while in the Chinene attack in Gwoza LGA of Borno State, they cut the lives of nine civilians short.
The DPO and the DCO of the Police Station in Bunu Yadi were believed to be among the victims of the attack by the insurgents who stormed the town with an Armoured Personnel Carrier and Toyota Hilux vans.
Residents said the attackers dressed in camouflage and hoisted Boko Haram’s flag.
They said the gunmen, on arrival moved straight to the military formation in the town from where they launched the attack which lasted over two hours.
The attackers were said to have set the military formation, LG secretariat, the divisional police station, the area court, the district head’s residence and office as well as some residential quarters ablaze.
The palace of the Emir, Alhaji Muktar Gangaran, was also vandalised by the insurgents during the attack. The sad part is that this is the third attack on Buni Yadi this year.

An LG official, Nglamuda Ibrahim, who spoke to journalists in Maiduguri, said many of his family members and friends displaced in the attack had been calling for assistance since Monday night.
Ibrahim said, “As we speak now, I am still receiving distress calls from them; they are all calling for help. No soldier and no policeman had gone there yet. The Boko Haram gunmen mounted their flags in Ashigashiya ward showing that it was now under their control.

“Last night, six churches were burnt, eight persons were killed and several others seriously injured. We cannot count the number of houses that were burnt in Chinene village of Chikide-Joghode-Kaghum ward.
“The insurgents also attacked Amuda village in Chikide-Joghode-Kaghum ward where one person was killed and several others injured. All we are doing now is calling on the military authorities in the state to quickly go up there and help us rescue those poor villagers, their wives and children.”
....that's the situation of thing in your and my country right now,do you think we need this at this time of the year?.drop your suggestions and what the possible remedy is to this happenings in our time!...
PLEASE NOTE!....this not a movie, its not american film, these  are  real life happenings in your, and my Nigeria !!!
