It appears the world was on the move like never before in 2014, as the latest figures out of the UN’s World Tourism Organization show international travel is set to hit a new record by the end of the year with more than 1.1 billion people crossing oceans and borders.
During the first 10 months of 2014, the number of international tourists reached 978 million - 45 million or 5 percent more than the same period of 2013 and this seems to be increasing especially now that Christmas is arround the corner

Rihanna has just been named the new creative director for activewear brand Puma.
The pop star, 26, will oversee the company's women's line - including clothing and shoes - during her 'multi-year partnership,' reports Women's Wear Daily.  
She will also star in the brand's fall 2015 ad campaign - and be one of its global brand ambassadors alongside Jamaican track star Usain Bolt and Argentine soccer player Sergio Agüero.
According to a press release, Rihanna will 'work with PUMA to design and customize classic Puma styles as well as create new styles to add to the product portfolio.'
The Grammy winner flew to the brand's headquarters in Herzogenaurach, Germany, yesterday for her first design meeting.
