America is rich with creepy celebrities and we've got the list for 2013.
Who's the top creep? Hint: He's got a girl's name.
But before we get to that, some explanation: Yes, there's an actual list, with no less than 13 celebs who don't need fancy costumes or spooky makeup to frighten children, because the creep factor is built in to their pop-culture personas.
Who decides this list? Well, you do.
E-Poll Market Research, a consumer research company, does an annual survey, querying 1,100 people from various income, age, education and geographic demographics to represent a cross-section of the U.S. population.
