Confirming this in a phone chat with the magazine on Saturday, March 29, 2014, according to source,an official of Haven Homes who pleaded anonymity said the multi-millionaire singer is now the owner of two of the massive Lekki, Lagos duplexes worth over N400 million.
Describing the luxury edifice, our source said it is a “five unit bedroom duplex with a gym, mini studio, two sitting rooms, terrace, among other personalised components”.
Officially opened on Saturday and Sunday, March 29 and 30, 2014, Haven Homes newest estate, Richmond Gate, Lekki, Lagos, has reportedly been sold out as more and more celebs desire to own a property there.

2Face declined comments when ENCOMIUM Weekly called him on this on Sunday, March 30, 2014, through his spokesman, Bayo Omisore. Haven Homes, when contacted, also said they don’t disclose the identity of their clients, though they admitted opening the new luxury estate worth billions of naira.
