Reports has it that,The Biebs took to his Instagram on Saturday, April 26, and a picture
of himself in New York City, along with the caption: "Was gonna wait
to go to Central Park for when I proposed to my future wife but s--t
sometimes things change. I'll think of something more romantic." 
But the question is,Was Justin Bieber planning on proposing in one of the Big Apple's most romantic spots or what?....The 20-year-old singer is not only releasing new music, but revealing to the world how he considered proposing.....
The bittersweet post comes just days before the "Boyfriend" singer released his latest new song, "Hard 2 Face Reality," on April 28. The track's lyrics, which features singer/songwriter Poo Bear, has fans questioning whether it's meant for on-again, off-again girlfriend Salena Gomez.
