The race for who succeeds Prof. James Adelabu as the
Vice Chancellor of University of Abuja UNIABUJA is gathering dust as not less than 123 eminent professors have submitted their application declaring interest in the soon to be vacant seat.
The Governing Council led by Gen. Samuel Ogbemudia is saddle with the responsibility of getting the new VC for UNIABUJA while a committee which includes the Director of Academic Planning UNIABUJA, Dr. Muktar Mohammed, Mrs. I. Okoli of the Computer Department and Mrs. O. A Ariba representing the Federal Ministry of Education will screen the candidates to reduce the number for interview.
