The star who goes by the Botanical name,*Anuebunwa Chijioke*... Francis aka Baby Boy is an upcoming rapper cum producer who is out to contribute to the ever growing Nigeria music industry.
The Imo State born rapper returned to Nigeria from Ghana and moved straight down to Owerri (Imo State), a move that surprised many people and also reminds me of the popular saying “Charity begins at home”, when asked why he decide to move down to the east instead of staying in Lagos like most artist would have done he replied, I don’t think it matters where an artist is based, what really matters is the ability of an artist to make good music that will be pleasurable to the ears of the listener.
Baby boy has already dropped his first single titled ‘Don’t keep me waiting’ featuring Nwa Mummy, the single is gradually making wave in the eastern part of Nigeria with Nwa Mummy’s melodious voice complementing Baby boy’s super rap with lots of rhymes and punchlines.
Finally Baby boy indicated that it is not easy for an upcoming artist to get to the heart of music lovers in Nigeria or any other country in the world but with hardwork, determination, working with the right people, prayers and above all favour from God will surely lead anybody to the peak of his or her career.
