like every other citizens who are there,locked up, expecting to be heard but with nobody listening to them,Icon360 has decided to ask specialists and health officials on their behalf;so,the question is,if drinking of salt water plus using it to bathe to prevent ebola virus as said earlier In Nigeria did not work,then what is the next thing to do???
Because Barely a week after 20 people were hospitalised and 2 died in plateau state,two additional souls have died in Makurdi, after drinking salt to prevent Ebola.as prescribed by health officials earlier!
Dr Joseph Kumba, Director, Public Health in the Ministry of Health and Human Services confirmed the report to the Sun yesterday (Wednesday 13th August 2014)
According to him“We got the report at a meeting yesterday that two persons died at Ushakaa clinic as a result of drinking and bathing with hot salted water.”......
The Medical Director of Ushakaa Hospital Dr Innocent Gbillah who did not disclose the names said it was a male and a female who were admitted on Saturday..
One of them died on Tuesday at 7 pm while the other gave up the ghost at 5 am Wednesday (yesterday).”
