According to report by mailonline,Joe Riquelme, the founder and CEO of a New York-based video-sharing startup, surprised his parents this Christmas by paying off their mortgage and then shared a video online showing their emotional reaction. The recording shows Riquelme handing his mother a plain white envelope containing bank documents accompanied by a note from him that reads: 'Your house is paid off. Merry Xmas. - Joe.'
The emotional minute-long video concludes with a group hug.
'Sometimes the best gifts come in the lamest packages. Merry Christmas everyone! — feeling happy,' Riguelme later wrote on his Facebook page.
