The body of schoolgirl Ashli Blake, who also went by the surname Cook, was found by a passer-by in a field close to a historic monument, near Rockbourne, Hampshire, on September 21. At an inquest into her death today, the coroner heard how she sent a text message to her boyfriend Marcus Webb prior to her death in which she threatened to 'jump off the tower'. The message, which was sent following an argument between the pair, read: 'I am going to jump off the tower. If we can't be together, I don't want to be here anymore. Bye.' Winchester Coroner's Court also heard that the Burgate School pupil, from Alderholt in Dorset, experienced bullying prior to her death. Coroner Grahame Short ruled that the 'deeply troubled' girl intended to take her own life.(Dailymail)
