A woman who was raped and impregnated by her mother's lover when she was 11 years old has accused her mum of blowing her victim compensation money on a wedding. Chantelle Jones became Britain's youngest mother when she gave birth to a son in 2006 - aged just 12 - after being raped by Russel Tovey. Told by her mother Beverley Bale (pictured) she would receive £15,000 in compensation when she turned 21, she was shocked to be handed only £2,000 - and claims her mother blew £10,000 of it on a wedding.
