weired: crocodile that killed so many people in Uganda is finally apprehended



An 80 year crocodile suspected of killing  people off the shores of Lake Victoria in Uganda  is finally apprehended .The crocodile which is over 18ft long and weighing almost  a tonne, was caught by  wildlife officials after it was  hunted down by the officials.
 source revealed that The beast seriously injured dozens of   fishermen after developing a taste for human flesh.
Sadly , its latest victim before being caught is  a local fisherman ,   Bosco Nyansi,  a  father of two whose tattered clothing was found  floating on the water.

It was  trapped  using a large chunk of meat on a hook  as a bait after a search that lasted for over four days! Then the beast was bound  with rope.

The  people from nearby Kakira village all gathered to watch as it was bundled onto the back of truck. The crocodile will now be transferred to the Murchison Falls national park.


Crocodiles have been reportedly  responsible for over  275 to 745 attacks on people a year, most of them being very fatal.Crocodiles are the third-most dangerous predator in Africa after the hippopotamus and the lion
