The rap star, his daughter, Blue Ivy, and famous wife Beyoncé were headed to the Louvre Tuesday, when a man shooting video of the entourage seemed perplexed at all the attention the group was getting.
After being asked to stop videoing, the man asks “Who is he?”
To whom Jay Z turned around and said “Who are you?”
