A 17-year-old Pakistani girl and a 60-year-old man from India typically wouldn't share that much in common.
That is, except for Malala Yousafzai and Kailash Satyarthi, who are sharing this year's Nobel Peace Prize!
And as if winning a Nobel Prize wasn't cool enough, Malala actually has the distinction of being the youngest person to ever claim the title.icon360blog learnt.
....Her win comes off of a high profile couple of years for the very young activist whom, at the age of 15, survived an assassination attempt put on her by the Taliban for speaking up for equal education rights around the world.
But while Malala is getting most of the recognition for her win in the media, she wasn't the only recipient of the prize.
Kailash is sharing the award with the teen thanks to his strides in advocating against child labor dating all the way back to the 1980s.
Congratulations to both of the very deserving winners!
