Marlo Hampton #1: The Real Housewives of Atlanta "friend" was first arrested in 1999 for slashing a friend's face with a knife. We're guessing they're not friends anymore.
Sheree Whitfield: Did you know girlfriend has an arrest record?? Well, you might not have know because it's under a different name. Sheree Fuller (her maiden name) was arrested for hit-and-run and twice for shoplifting in Ohio! The car accident that occurred when she was 20 and reportedly ended with the charges expunged. As for shoplifting, she reportedly stole twice from Saks Fifth Avenue and was banned from shopping there again in Ohio.
Kenya Moore: There's no mugshot in this beauty queen's past, but her slate isn't clean of legal messes. As viewers on Real Housewives of Atlanta saw, Kenya was in the middle of some major eviction trouble. She was accused of not paying her rent. After a court battle, Kenya ended up moving out with cameras catching it all.
Brooks Ayers: Vicki Gunvalson's on-and-off beau has been arrested for DUI to which he pleaded guilty to reckless driving. He has been arrested in the past for failure to pay child support. And he's kind of icky…but we don't think he's been arrested on that charge yet.
Marlo Hampton #2: Her next mugshot is from her sentencing for Aggravated Battery w/Great Bodily Harm charge.
Lynne Curtin: There may be no arrest here, but Lynne is no stranger to legal dramz. Her family was famously served an eviction notice on camera during a 2010 Real Housewives of Orange County episode. It was reportedly not their first eviction notice.
Brandi Glanville: This wine-lovin' lady was arrested for DUI in 2010. In 2011, she took a plea deal in order to avoid jail time. She pleaded no contest to driving with a blood alcohol level of .08 or higher and was sentenced to 36 months probation, a three-month alcohol program, and a $390 fine.
Sonja Morgan: She was arrested in 2010 for DWI.
Marysol Patton and Mama Elsa: Ahhhh! This was the strangest DUI arrest ever! In 2010, both ladies were arrested for DUI! Marysol pled guilty to Reckless Driving and got stuck with a $1000 fine, plus $581 in court costs. Mama Elsa was even luckier as her case was dismissed when the arresting officer didn't show up to court. But we're sure she had nothing to do with that...
Teresa and Joe Giudice: Uh, obvi these two are on the list. Not only has Joe been charged with DUI and using someone else's ID to obtain a driver's license, both of these stars were recently hit with 41 charges of fraud! They have pleaded guilty to a number of charges in exchange for a plea deal, but that could still mean jail time when their sentencing date arrives.
and today October 2nd 2014,they're sentenced to prison!!!!
