Nicky Windsor (pictured), 29, from Hull, East Yorkshire, was sent the photographs (inset) with a sympathy card last week after she had her abortion in June. She says she complained to Conifer House clinic in Hull after not being offered the choice of a single burial for the foetus, and believes the card was sent as an apology - only for it to
have the opposite effect.
According to Ms Windsor, she said she complained to the staff at Conifer House and they admitted the mistake and that the card was sent in response to express their sympathy.
'Since then I've kept thinking of myself holding the baby but when I look down time I can't see a face - it's just nothing,' she said.
Conifer House provides a range of sexual and reproductive healthcare services and is administered by City Health Care Partnership CIC.
In view of that,City Health Care Partnership CIC’s chief executive Andrew Burnell said: 'He would like to apologise on behalf of City Health Care Partnership CIC for any actions they may have taken that have caused unnecessary distress. earlier,Ms Windor complained saying,Someone could have got seriously depressed after something like this, coz it's sick.'!!!
