Katy Perry criticises naked pop stars: ‘Everybody's so naked. It's like, put it away!’

Katy Perry has stopped squirting whipped cream out of two boob-shaped iced buns trussed to her bosoms to instead tell her pop contemporaries that hey, girls, stop taking your damn clothes off, jeez.
Katy – who remember is a more serious popstar with the release of her third album, Prism, and so who doesn’t sit front-down and naked on clouds anymore while a bewildered Snoop Dogg rhymes ‘freak’ with ‘jeep’ – was speaking to NPR this week, and insisted that her fellow popstars shouldn’t feel the need to strip down to get ahead.
“Everybody’s getting naked!” she said, nannily. “I mean, I’ve been naked before, but I don’t feel like I have to always get naked to be noticed.“I’m not talking about anyone in particular,” she said, while watching the Wrecking Ball video over and over again on an infinite loop. “I’m talking about all of them! I mean, it’s like everybody’s so naked. It’s like, ‘put it away’.
Then, just before she started to make sense too much, Katy Perry started saying things about ‘cards’ and ‘decks’ and lost us completely.
She added: “We know you've got it. I got it too. I've taken it off here and there. And I'm not necessarily judging. I'm just saying, sometimes it's nice to play that card but also it's nice to play other cards.
"And I know I have that sexy card in my deck but I don't always have to use that card." So… is that… rummy? Have we made a rummy?
Anyway Katy went on to say she’d rather be an ‘inspiration’ rather than a ‘role model’ for her fans.

I wish I was a little bit taller, wish I was a baller'-Kanye West Vents His Frustrations!..

Kanye West has vented his frustrations with media and the fashion industry anew.
As has become his custom, Kanye took the time to vent his frustrations during his Yeezus tour performance at the Oracle Arena in Oakland, California last Wednesday. Topics covered during the 10-minute, Auto-Tuned rant included the media, the fashion industry and Christianity, unsurprisingly. He addressed the audience directly throughout.
"Obviously don’t none of ya'll give a fuck about what the media say," he began. "We are more powerful than the media today. I control the media. I get on TV shows and do what the fuck I want, when I want, how I want, my way. And I don’t change, no way. No way. And I don’t give a fuck about no TV show, and I don’t give a fuck about no actor, and I don’t give a fuck about no blog trying to talk shit. All I care about is God. And all I care about is you... You know they try and [put] me into this box right? Even if I sit down, I had this one dentist I went to, he would say something, he would tell me like, 'Yo, so when I was going to dentist school, and we went to class,' and he’d always have to put it into music terms for me and say, 'It would be like if you were in the studio.' And I said, 'I understand English, you don’t have to put it in music terms for me to understand motherfucking English.' People try to box you into this thing of, in your lifetime, all you mean is this one thing. But if you were two years old and you wanted to sing, then you could motherfucking sing. If you wanted to ride a bike you would ride that shit. If you wanted to color, you would color. But when you get older everybody wants to put you into this box."
The Chicagoan creative went on to address his faith and criticize conventional "marketing" and "branding".
"They always say I word things the wrong way, but people seem not to get my intent," he said. "You want the truth? You can’t handle the truth. 'Cause they tryin' to control ya'll motherfuckers with branding, with marketing, with media, they trying to make ya'll feel like you’re less than ya'll selves. When I say I am a God, it’s because God is inside of all of us. And while ya'll on the way to work in the morning, I want ya'll to say 'I am a God.' That’s why I worded that shit first person. I ain't go not God complex. I know he the most high. But I know that I can talk to my God, and I know that everything is possible through prayer. 'Cause I prayed for my fiance. I prayed, I said 'God, I wish I was a little bit taller, wish I was a baller'".  Details>>
