Like the super eagles,the Nigerian girls grabbed the lead in the 18th minutes through Rasidat Ajibade before Cynthia Aku doubled it up in the 29th minute to arrive the break with 2-0 up.
In the second half, the Portuguese boys who returned into the half more motivated secured a breakthrough in the 66th minute to make it 2-1.
However, substituted Adams Nkechinyere’s 78th minute goal saw the Nigerian ladies secure 3-1 victory over the male team at regulation time.
