just as i have declared before that darkness will definately bow to light,boko haramis already going on extinct as the Nigerian military force has gunned down their leader in a gun battle few days ago leaving some of the gangs running helter skelter within the country!
According to this fresh report from Military operatives in Biu local government area of Borno state ,JTF said,they have arrested 50 fleeing members of the Boko Haram fighters who were hidden under a truck heading towards Gombe.
security sources told journalists that the arrested men are currently in the custody of the Nigerian Army and might have been detained at the Biu barracks
.
He said, some youth vigilante in Biu suspected the truck carrying sheeps and goats at the top and stop the truck for routine check when they discover 50 young men hiding underneath.
The sources revealed that the arrested men confessed to being fighters of the Islamic sect and were all on the run following the reported killing of their leader, Abubakar Shekau, during the confrontation of the sect with the military at Konduga last week.
They said the suspects who pleaded for mercy, also promised to cooperate with security operatives by giving them useful information on the whereabouts of other sect members on the run as well as those holding the Chibok girls.
He said, most of the suspects were between the aged of 18 and 25 and speaks Kanuri and Hausa, adding that they also revealed places they have fought jihad, which include Bama and Konduga where they were overwhelmed by the military and disbanned following the killing of their leader, Shiekh Abubakar Shekau.
