Hollywood's hottest starlets wowed on the red carpet at Michael Kors' party to celebrate the launch of Claiborne Swanson Frank’s "Young Hollywood" book. 
Emmy Rossum stole the spotlight in a plunging black Michael Kors Resort chiffon dress with a tiered ruffle skirt. The "Shameless" star vamped up her look with kohl-rimmed eyes, a purple Michael Kors clutch and embellished Christian Louboutin heels.

Nina Dobrev kept her look simple with plenty of summery flair wearing a white lace Michael Kors Resort dress. The "Vampire Diaries" actress completed her elegant ensemble with nude accessories and her signature tousled waves.
And Nicole Richie's younger sister, Sofia Richie, debuted her platinum blonde 'do at the star-studded event, rocking the red carpet in a white pantsuit with a black top underneath. The aspiring model paired her menswear-inspired look with a delicate gold lariat necklace, a red clutch and black and white heels.
