Coming directly from red carpet fashion from last night’s [Saturday Mar. 8] Africa Magic Viewers Choice Awards which went down at The Eko Hotel Expo Center in Lagos.We have seen the jaw dropping as many awards were given and several stars received awards and honours that would forever printed on their minds incase you're not there,all you need is to feed on what is coming down from my table this wonderful sunday as i give you the best of the event where the awards ceremony saw performances by Davido, Flavour, Cobhmas & Waje. which followed immediately by quick announcement one after another as winners came out to grab their various highly coveted awards.
Based on the outcome,Nigerian actors won the major acting awards, with Funke Akindele winning Best Actress In A Comedy for her role in The Return of Sheri Koko, Nse Ikpe Etim won Best Actress In A Drama for ‘Journey to Self’, Tope Tedela won Best Actor In A Drama for ‘A Mile From Home’, Desmond Elliot won Best Supporting Actor in a Movie/TV Series for the movie ‘Finding Mercy’, Osita Iheme won Best Actor In A Comedy for the movie ‘The Hero’, Rita Dominic won the AMVCA New Era Award and Pete Edochie was given The AMVCA Merit Award.
