D”banj has won ‘Best Selling African Artiste’ award at the 2014 World Music Awards which took place on Tuesday 27th of May at the Salle des Etoiles in Monte Carlo, Monaco.
Nominations, which were revealed earlier in the year, saw almost 20 Nigerian music artistes vie for several awards including ‘World Best Song’, ‘World Best Album’ and ‘World Best Live Act.’ Nominees included 2face Idibia, Waje, Psquare, Iyanya, Tiwa Savage, Banky W, Femi Kuti, Praiz, Modenine, and Seyi Shay, among others....
