R&B singer Ne-Yo is getting his farmer on after reportedly paying over $500,000 for a five-bedroom Georgia home.
Details of the big purchase have surfaced online this week.
Real estate sources tell us … the R&B superstar dropped $520K on a gated 5-bedroom, 3-bath house that sits on 2 acres of farmland … in the boondocks outside of Alpharetta, Georgia. The listing calls it a “hobby farm.” Hard to say if he plans on growin’ his own crop … he’s been known to provide housing to relatives — like the $550K crib for his mom he bought a couple years back.
