Nina Pham, 26, the first person to contract Ebola on U.S. soil, believes a blood transfusion from Ebola survivor Dr Kent Brantly was how she was able to fight off the disease. Those who have survived Ebola have antibodies in their blood which can help new sufferers beat the virus, which has no cure. The nurse was released from the National Institute of Health's Clinical Center in Bethesda, Maryland, on Friday and traveled straight to the White House to meet with President Barack Obama.dailymail
