The family, who were all dressed in black, looked grim-faced as they headed out of the hospital and were later seen boarding a private jet, while Khloe - who is said to be feeling guilt over the situation - remained by Lamar's side

According to TMZ, Kim, Kourtney, Kylie and Kris are returning to Los Angeles because Kim has a meeting with a pregnancy specialist because she allegedly has a condition in which her placenta is growing into her uterus too deeply.
The website reports that the family plan to return to Las Vegas to visit Lamar again this weekend.
Kendall meanwhile, who was in Shanghai for fashion week when Lamar collapsed, is apparently in London and flying to Las Vegas to join Khloe
