Things to carry to the beach this weekend

It’s Friday guys…that was waaaay too fast. We can’t complain though because we are dishing out something unique right here on the blog. Most organizations play it safe, and a little relaxed on Fridays as far as dress codes are concerned. It’s always a mix of something official and something completely casual. You can also go off track completely depending on what your work limits allow, but looking at the fact that, its the beginning of weekend,I figured this would be a good post to do for you all in regards to what to carry to the beach later today or tomorrow being Saturday. Sometimes we find ourselves needing one or two things which we forgot to carry. But,With this pack, you can be sure of a good time and everything you need being within reach. For this post, we assume you got your bikini and kimono ready and therefore didn’t include them in the list.so c-checkout for more

What to carry to the beach
a bottle of water
If you want to play around the beach, at some point you will feel thirsty to a point that you wish you can drink anything, including the salty ocean water itself. Carrying a bottle of water will come in handy in such scenarios

sunscreen
Everyone needs sunscreen whether you have a lot of melanin or not. You may find yourself basking in the glory of the sun a bit longer than expected and without sunscreen, you expose yourself to harmful UV rays. It’s advisable to apply 15 minutes before exposing yourself to the sun. As you swim and play around with water, at some point you need to add on a little more for complete coverage.

body lotion
This comes in handy especially if you are leaving the beach and headed somewhere without passing by your house first. The skin can get dry after all that fun and wiping/sun drying and may need to be moisturized.

wet wipes
Wet wipes are good for wiping the sand off your feet/sandals. The sand is inevitable and sometimes when you are done with the beach, you want to be as clean as you came. wet wipes will definitely handle that for you :)

camera
A camera is good for creating memories through photos. If you don’t have one of course you can use your phone. There is always something to be captured at the beach. Plus how you gonna show your bikini body with no pictures though :) Avoid contact with the salty water as it crashes most cameras as far as I know

sunglasses
Obviously you want to look cool don’t you? This is one of the most popular accessories at the beach. seriously though, your eyes too need some loving and protection from the strong UV rays

hand sanitizer
I started carrying my hand sanitizer when I got hungry one day while at the beach and this hawker with peanuts passed by. I bought some but didn’t know how to go about eating them because I have a sensitive stomach and didn’t want to be ignorant of that fact. Also, you may end up playing with some aquatic animals and need your hands clean

Shuka
This is important for picnics and basking reasons. most public beaches don’t really allow picnics and hey,you can hang out over some sodas and snacks. If you don’t want to lie on the sand directly, this will be a good item to carry

lip balm
Just because you are at the beach with no make up on for example doesn’t mean that your lips can lay around chipped and everything does it?

magazine
This is very important for entertainment when you are spending long periods of time at the beach or with a group of people and they are involved in activities that are of no interest to you. I catch up with most of my magazines at the beach funny enough
