Well,A source just reveals the 53-year-old is selling his Southern California property because he just doesn't want to live in this city anymore!
"Tom hates living in L.A. and is relocating to Florida. He thinks all the people in Hollywood are fake."
Why Florida? We know that's a hot spot for a lot of people once they retire, but we're positive the actor isn't finished with filmmaking quite yet!

Well, the insider explained that the Mission: Impossible — Rogue Nation star is looking to live near the Church of Scientology headquarters in Clearwater!
The source also added that it was actually John Travolta — also a scientologist — who convinced Tom to make the move!
Last month, several sources revealed that Katie Holmes' ex was secretly listing his mansion in Beverly Hills for about $50 million.
A few years ago, he sold his East Village pad in New York City, and his estate in Colorado's Rocky Mountains is up for grabs — if you have $59 million lying around.
People also believe Tom is the owner of a compound in the Hollywood Hills that's on the market for just under $12 million.
