While the hit artists have been spotted at a few different concerts together in the past month, they were getting extra cozy on Thursday night at Roc Nation's block party in NYC.
We can only imagine what Rih was whispering into his ear as they partied the night away in the pouring rain! Bet it was a pretty good secret…
