Taxi drivers are used to picking up all walks of life but one cabbie got the fright of her life when she discovered a four-foot snake on her backseat. Terrified Madge Allen, from Flint, north Wales, leapt from her car when she saw a bright orange corn snake slithering out of a handbag left on her back seat. The 67-year-old, who is terrified of snakes, said: 'People have left plenty of mobile phones and wallets, but never livestock. I thought I'd seen it all.'/
