The midi-length number clung to her pert posterior but she dressed it down with a pair of matching trainers and white plastic-framed sunglasses.
The model and singer leaned against a red convertible Ferrari in the photo and her 34-year-old manager Nick rested against a black version.
'U guys like me and @nickcannon's matching Ferraris? #HisandHers #Ncredible,' Amber wrote in the caption to her more than four million followers on Instagram.
She followed that up with an undated Instagram photo of her and Nick and a lengthy caption in which she attempted to preemptively cut-off any rumours of a romance between them.
She continued that it would be her last time saying it before writing, 'WE ARE JUST FRIENDS!!!!' Amber wrapped up her caption using expletives to get her point across.
Nick confirmed last August that he and wife Mariah Carey had separated after getting married in 2008. The couple have three-year-old fraternal twins Moroccan and Monroe together.
Amber meanwhile filed for divorce from rapper Wiz Khalifa, 27, in September after 14 months of marriage.
She is seeking full custody of their 13-month old son Sebastian.
Amber formerly dated rapper Kanye West from 2008 to 2010.
