The NY Daily News is on itA British man who repeatedly called emergency services and claimed to be Nicki Minaj has been jailed for four months.
Stephen Brown, 24, also called the phone system asking for police assistance claiming he had seen a ghost in his house.
He was jailed for breaching an Anti-Social Behaviour Order which banned him from repeatedly calling the emergency phone system, reported Belfast Live. (NY Daily News)
