The West Oakland Pleasant Grove Baptist Church recently received a letter from the city threatening to fine the church a $3,500 nuisance fee, and $500 daily, if its gospel choir doesn't quiet down during its practices, according to SFist. "[This] activity may constitute a public nuisance due to its impact to the use and quiet enjoyment of the surrounding community’s property,” the city's letter states. This week a 2-year-old in South Carolina found a gun in the back seat of the car he was riding in and accidentally shot his grandmother, who was sitting in the passenger seat. This type of thing happens from time to time: a little kid finds a gun, fires it, and hurts or kills himself or someone else. These cases rarely bubble up to the national level except when someone, like a parent, ends up dead. But cases like this happen a lot more frequently than you might think. After spending a few hours sifting through news reports, I've found at least 43 instances this year of somebody being shot by a toddler 3 or younger. Sources told MailOnline that Lamar Odom took cocaine with several prostitutes and wept uncontrollably about his 'broken' life in the hours before his collapse. It is believed Odom, 35, who is fighting for his life after a drug-fuelled bender at a Nevada brothel, also took a cocktail of other illicit drugs during the four-day binge. Sources are now saying that his drugs relapse may have been made worse by comments made during a repeat of the reality show Keeping up with the Kardashians which aired in the US on Sunday. During the episode his former wife Khloe (bottom right) told the cameras she was worried Lamar would 'spiral' out of control after the drug-related death of his best friend. She was at his hospital bedside yesterday, in Las Vegas, where she was joined by her pregnant sister Kim, (centre) and her mother Kris Jenner (top right). Doctors are currently treating Odom's case as a non-suicidal drug-overdose. The source says that doctors found 'virtually every drug imaginable' in his system and that he suffered multiple strokes, is on kidney dialysis and has just a 50/50 chance of survival and will likely suffer brain damage.

Internet users have been warned to protect themselves against cyber attacks after hackers steal £20millions from UK bank accounts. The National Crime Agency (NCA) said a virus is being used by cyber criminals to harvest online banking details and gain access to accounts across the country.According to report,Dridex malware has been developed by technically skilled cyber criminals, with UK losses estimated to run to £20 million. Apple could be facing up to $862 million in damages after a US jury on Tuesday found the iPhone maker used technology owned by the University of Wisconsin-Madison's licensing arm without permission in chips found in many of its most popular devices. Haseeb Hamayoon, 28, was pictured aiming a gun towards the camera in images presented as evidence in a terror trial at Woolwich Crown Court. Cousins Yousef and Nadir Syed are also accused. The evidence presented also featured a picture of a vicious-looking knife (top left) extracted from Nadir Syed's phone. The three were arrested last November after buying a knife, allegedly as a prelude to a beheading due to take place just days later around Remembrance Sunday.
