Maybach Music Group leader Rick Ross is reportedly back in possession of his pricey engagement ring to former fiancée Lira Mercer this week.
Reports claim the Bawse has retained the 11 carat, $350,000 ring despite Lira posting it up onto social media earlier this week.
We’re told it’s an old photo, and Rick has the ring firmly in his possession. We’re also told they broke off the engagement at Rick’s home and when Lira left she was not wearing the ring. We do not know the circumstances under which the ring left her finger for his hand. If Lira wanted to keep the ring, it was a losing battle. In Georgia, an engagement ring is a “gift in contemplation of marriage” … meaning if the couple doesn’t get hitched, the guy gets it back. (TMZ)
The world’s richest man, Bill Gates, has said that the private sector is too selfish and inefficient to produce effective energy alternatives to fossil fuels.
While announcing his plan to spend $2 billion of his own wealth on green energy during an interview with The Atlantic, the Microsoft founder called on fellow billionaires to help make the US fossil-free by 2050 with similar philanthropy.
He said:There’s no fortune to be made. Even if you have a new energy source that costs the same as today’s and emits no CO2, it will be uncertain compared with what’s tried-and-true and already operating at unbelievable scale and has gotten through all the regulatory problems.
According to Gates,Without a substantial carbon tax, there’s no incentive for innovators or plant buyers to switch

She was mocked by children at school and her colleagues at work. Finally she found happiness when she met her husband Graham (right), and walked down the aisle two weeks ago.
Jayne Fawcett, 62, of Walton-le-Dale, Lancashire, designed her house with her late husband John, choosing a grey render for the external walls because the bricks they wanted were not available. The design was signed off by planning bosses and the home built - but when Mrs Fawcett applied for alterations to a wet room, she was told she would have to change the property's external colour. The council said the grey was 'unduly prominent to the detriment of the character and appearance of the area' and that the requirement for an agreement on colour was made clear from the start.(mailonline)

So sad!,here,Mou's wife Matilde, son Jose jnr and daughter Matilde jnr, looked anxious as the Blues walked out onto the pitch for their Champions League group match with Dynamo Kiev tonight. It's no surprise considering the Portuguese manager has seen his side lose nine matches in 17 in all competitions. On top of that, Mourinho has had his off-field problems, with rumours of a dressing room revolt, being sued by former doctor Eva Carneiro and also being pictured looking glum on the red carpet with his daughter (inset) - who was wearing a very revealing dress. Chelsea eventually won 2-1 thanks to an own goal and a late Willian free-kick, giving the beleaguered manager some respite.
..do you think he'll find another club within UK if he leaves Chelsea?

Tensions are rising in the sleepy eastern German village of Sumte, (bottom right) where just 102 people live, but where the population is set to rise by 700 per cent with the arrival of more than 750 migrants in the coming days. Sumte's neo-Nazi local councillor, Holger Niemann, (centre bottom row) warns crime will rise and accused Chancellor Angela Merkel of ignoring 'the 300,000 Germans who are homeless' while giving shelter, cash benefits and food to 'anyone who says they are Syrian'. Niemann, 32, from the far-right UWL party, said the migrants are only interested in claiming €500-a-month benefits. He told MailOnline: 'Today it is 100 refugees, tomorrow there will be another 100 and then another 100.' Sumte, where locals (top protesting) will be outnumbered by migrants by seven to one, was chosen as the site for a sprawling refugee centre because it is has empty government offices, with capacity to sleep 1,000. But the village hasn't gone down well with one refugee who called Sumte boring - adding, 'There's no PlayStation and no TV.'

According to sources at the hospice care facility where Bobbi Kristina Brown tragically passed away, a nurse at the center has been fired and arrested for fraud.

But actually, he only drove lorries. The 44-year-old lied to partner Tracey for 15 years that he'd fought for his country and had his knee obliterated in battle. To perpetuate the lie he posed for 'official' photographs in a fancy dress beret while gripping a BB gun, and posted an image on Facebook of genuine Para Lee Crichton (bottom) jumping from a plane, pretending it was him. Izzard even sent himself letters through the post confirming his discharge from the SAS, which he asked his wife to open, as he manufactured an entirely fictional past for almost two decades. Tracey died in 2012, believing she was married to a genuine British hero.now the truth has been revealed that this guy was not a decorated SAS but a lorry driver.

Stewart Tainsh, 54, discovered the shocking footage on his own CCTV camera when he realised an Amazon package was missing from outside his door in Stirling, Stirlingshire. He checked his security cameras and found the footage which showed the driver, who works for a third party on behalf of Amazon, arrive with two parcels only to discover the property empty. However, instead of leaving the parcels he intended to deliver or dropping a card through the door, the driver could be seen inspecting a third parcel already left outside the door by a different firm. To Mr Tainsh's horror, the driver could then be seen on the CCTV footage assessing the item and pausing for a few seconds, before appearing to leave with it in one hand.
